Jordan's research focuses on understanding the psychological and social impacts of tourism on residents living in tourism destinations. He is particularly interested in the intersection between stress, emotions, and quality of life. Currently, he is exploring where stress happens using mobile and wearable technology to better inform public health policy. Jordan is an assistant professor in the School of Public Health-Bloomington's Department of Health & Wellness Design.

COVID-19 Funding Opportunities
The Action Against Corona organization is gathering initiatives, partners, volunteers and talent, connecting initiatives with grants or investments. They are looking for ideas, projects, and startups that are mitigating the damage caused by the global pandemic crisis. Initiatives may be submitted through the AAC website for consideration.
To establish scientific evidence and/or elucidate the mechanism of action of natural product–based remedies for SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health is encouraging applications for administrative supplements or competitive revisions of active NCCIH grants to promote research on the effects of natural products on SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19. Applications accepted on a rolling basis through August 17, 2020.
